At present we are happy to invite professionals to apply for the vacant position of HR Recruiting and Administrative Officer.

Main responsibilities:

** Develop and execute recruiting plans
** Follow up employee outflow in order to:

- Prepare personnel requisition forms
- Develop job announcements for putting them out on different advertising platforms
- Make recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Fill open positions in a timely and professional manner

** Use social and professional networking sites to develop a pool of qualified candidates in time/advance of need
** Work with partner colleges in order to plan student trainings and find qualified candidates
** Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
** Create job descriptions
** Administrative duties and record keeping:

- Follow up employment agreement expiration dates and renew them
- Fill employees Vacation/Overtime Forms
- Prepare action forms for Employee Promotion, transfer, salary adjustments
- Follow up on employee hiring, resignation/termination procedures as per SOP
- Keep employee personal files in a tidy and updated manner

** Prepare weekly report.

Main requirements:

** Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Social Sciences
** Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages
** Proven at least 1 year work experience in HR Administration
** Good knowledge of Labour Code of Georgia
** Oriented on self-development
** Strong sense of responsibility
** Ability to work both independently and in a team
** Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
** Self-disciplined, punctual, organized and detail oriented.
