Core functions:

** Prepare business correspondences/official letters.
** Distribute incoming mail/phone calls.
** Scheduling work and activities.
** Day to day administrative and organizational tasks
** Developing specific plans to prioritize organize and accomplish meetings and other activities.
** Assisting administrative or other office transactions.
** Make travel, accommodations or entertainment arrangements for director and others.
** Order materials, supplies or equipment for office.

Required experience and education:

** University degree- bachelor diploma.
** One year experience in administration/office management or related field.
** Excellent knowledge of English/Russian languages.
** Excellent knowledge of excel, word, Powerpoint.

Personal skills:

** High sense of responsibility;
** Punctual;
** Organized;
** Logical and analytical thinking.
** Excellent communication skills with management/office staff.
