Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects LLC is announcing an opening Long-term position for the Economic Analyst for USAID funded Governing for Growth in Georgia (G4G) Project.

Position objective is to support the Employee`s supervisor and G4G Project team members in the successful implementation of all aspects of the Project`s Work Plan.

The selected candidate shall start on or about January 22, 2018. The assignment will last until June 30, 2019.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The Employee shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned from the background to accomplish the following tasks:

** Coordinate component`s relationship and communications with GoG and private sector stakeholders;
** Support Energy Market Participants in capacity building activities, including organization of working groups, round tables, seminars, and workshops;
** Supports GoG in the process of implementing reforms in compliance with obligations undertaken by EU-Georgia Association Agreement and Energy Community treaty;
** Assist GoG in process of holding PPD activities regarding the planned reforms;
** Conduct economic analyses on renewable energy related licensing and other regulatory procedures;
** Maintain constant awareness of G4G activities and objectives in all G4G Components;
** Keep project Apprised of, and coordinated with, other Energy Projects and initiatives in Georgia and regionally.

Qualifications/Skills:

** At least 5 years of working experience in the similar field;
** Master`s Degree in Economics, or Public Administration;
** Fluent in Georgian and English;
** Experience in renewable energy area;
** Experience in mining regulatory framework is desirable;
** The ability to develop relations with partner organizations and other external bodies;
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
** Excellent writing skills (English and Georgian) to convey ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
