Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project LLC is announcing an opening Long-term position for the Administrative Assistant for USAID funded Governing for Growth in Georgia (G4G) Project.

Position objective is to support the Employee`s supervisor and G4G Project team members in the successful implementation of all aspects of the Project`s Work Plan.

The selected candidate shall start on or about January 22, 2018. The assignment will last until July 31, 2019.

Main duties and responsibilities:

** The Employee shall use his/her education, experience, knowledge of international best practices, and additional understanding gleaned from the background to accomplish the following tasks:
** Assist Component with scheduling meetings, disseminating policies, directives, and other relevant information;
** Assist with preparing agenda and collecting materials for meetings, speeches, conferences and take minutes and keeps records of proceedings as needed;
** Assist Component Lead and Technical Analyst in managing component`s internal budget tracking tool, including entering updates regularly and distributing the updated budget among the component members on monthly bases;
** Assist Component Lead and Technical Analyst in Maintaining and updating the G4G work plan in the AID-project software system;
** Perform General Clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, mailing and filing
** Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system of all project documentations in accordance with USAID and Deloitte policies and regulations;
** Manage consultant and component staff travel arrangements, including coordinating bookings with outside agencies, reserving hotel accommodation, and transportation;
** Manage set ups for the events and trainings organized by respective component;
** Act as a liaison between their assigned Component and other G4G staff by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.


** At least 1 year of working experience;
** Fluent in Georgian and English;
** The ability to develop relations with partner organizations and other external bodies;
** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
** Excellent writing skills (English and Georgian) to convey ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
** University degree is required; bachelor`s degree in Law or Economics is desirable.
