JSC Liberty Bank is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will take on the management of key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

Key responsibilities:

** Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
** Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
** Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
** Ensure resource availability and allocation
** Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
** Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
** Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
** Report and escalate to management as needed
** Perform risk management to minimize project risks
** Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
** Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Essential technical skills required:

** Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
** Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
** Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
** Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
** Good Analytical and leadership skills
** Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/MS Project/Jira
** PMP certification is a plus

Desired:

** Experience in Full software development life cycle
** Work with Agile team members, particularly Software Quality Assurance and Product Management, to write clear, concise and comprehensive feature files
** Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
** Experience of working with Agile methods e.g. Scrum
** Knowledge of network and security architecture is a plus
** Experience of working in a Bank

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

** High energetic, self-motivated individual willing to learn new technologies
** Ability to monitor and track the progress of multiple projects
** Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing both strategic and tactical deliverables
** Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements
** Knowledge of Russian and English is a must

Education:

Bachelor or Master:

** Preferable in Information Technologies, Computer Science
** Acceptable in Project Management or Business Administration
