At present we are happy to invite the professionals to apply for the vacant position of Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, who will be directly reporting to Food and Beverage Director.

Job brief:

Responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue, through customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Main Responsibilities:

** Assure to provide highest standards of service within all Hotel Outlets
** Identify customers` needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
** Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
** Supervise, plan, control and coordinate all activities of F&B personnel
** Lead F&B team efficiently and encourage teamwork
** Train subordinate supervisors in effective "coaching and counseling"
** Establish effective communication with other departments
** Make suggestions to F&B Director in reference to improvement of general operation and F&B promotions
** Comply with all health and safety regulations
** Periodically plan outside Associates activity to promote teamwork

Main Requirements:

** Higher Education / Degree in food service management or related field
** Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, 1 year managerial experience
** Excellent written and spoken Georgian, English and Russian languages are must
** Excellent working knowledge of various computer software programs: Micros, POS, MS Office
** Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
** Guest-oriented and service-minded
** Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
** Communication and leadership skills
** Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
** Strong sense of responsibility
** Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
