Stamba Hotel will open its doors in Fall 2017 and is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of F&B Supervisor.

Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Assistant of F&B Manager / F&B Manager
Responsible for: F&B Service Leaders / Service Associates

Position scope:

F&B Supervisor is responsible for providing an effective F&B operation which maximises revenue and
minimises costs, whilst achieving high standards of guest service.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

** Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any other related field;
** Fluent English is required, any additional languages considered as a plus;
** Refined skills in communication and complaint handling;
** Strong administrative skills;
** Good coordination skills in order to manage several events simultaneously, time management;
** Detail and deadline-oriented;
** Calm and personable under pressure;
** Good PC Skills;
** With pleasant appearance & well groomed;
** Practiced in Sales and Presentation;

Responsibilities:

** To assist in the recruitment and selection of associates for F&B department;
** To ensure that all staff are competent to carry out their duties and are adequately trained in the Company Guest Service standards;
** To prepare weekly staff rosters, according to the business needs, and within the limitations of the payroll budget;
** To ensure that all guests are courteously and discetely served in all F&B Outlets and receive efficient service in line with departmental standards;
** To answer any guest queries competently and effectively. To inform the Senior Duty Manager and/or Duty Manager of any guest complaints and how they have been resolved;
** To be supportive towards the staff and deal with any queries as required, involving if necessary Assistant F&B Manager / HR Manager;
** To ensure that all accounting procedures and departmental administration eg. inter-transfers, ullage, requisitions etc., is handled accurately and efficiently. (Micros shift reporting);
** To Motivate, Inspire, Coach & Lead the outlet team, personal team success and quality performance;
** To train associates on F&B product knowledge & Up Sale skills to create excellent service performance, optimum sales and maximum guest satisfaction;
** To attend appraisal & action plan meetings twice a year;
** To Collaborate well with other F&B associates & hotel departments;
** To be able to read, write & understand primary languages used in the Hotel. (Georgian, English, Russian);
** To divide tips honestly on shiftly basis;
** To Supervise whole F&B team and be fully in charge of daily operations;

General:

** Hotel`s Fire, Health and Safety Procedures.
** To maintain international food safety functions.
